Spyderco’s micro-sized slipjoints are fully functional, impressively sharp folding knives that are very much at home on a keychain. Their stainless steel handles are the perfect palette for engraving or other embellishment and their Trademark Round Holes are much more user friendly than traditional nail nicks.
The flat ground blade is 3Cr13 stainless steel available with a PlainEdge. The Bug's handle offers a flat surface for a small amount of engraving or embellishment and can be customized for use as jewelry or a gift item. Positioned on the end of the handle is a lanyard hole large enough to thread with a chain and be worn around the neck or slipped onto a key chain. The Bug is the smallest folder in our lineup.
1.27" (32mm) Plain Edge blade length and 1.61" (41mm) handle make the Bug one of the UK's smallest folding knives. Compact and ideal for every day carrying and use.
BLADE AND HANDLE
The Bug boasts a stainless steel finish for both the handle and blade of the knife. Stainless steel has one of the best strength-to-weight ratios of any metal. This ensures the Bug is lightweight, whilst durable enough for any scenario.
The Spyderco Bug features micro-sized, fully functional slip-joints instead of a locking mechanism. The blade is held open using resistant pressure at the pivot area when being used, therefore deeming the Bug legal in the UK.
The large cut-out lanyard hole is incorporated in the handle, which easily accommodates a pendant chain or keychain for convenient carry.
