RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WE OPERATE STRAIGHT FORWARD RETURNS AT EDGAR BROTHERS ONLINE
If you have any problem within a 30 day period from purchase with an order or item, simply notify us and we will give you returns instructions. If your reason for return was our fault, we will pay for returns postage. If it is just a standard return, then the customer pays. Simple!
REASONS CONSTITUTING A STANDARD RETURN
Unwanted – where you no longer want an item or found it not to be fit for purpose. For example an item does not fit.
REASONS CONSTITUTING OUR FAULT
Mispick – where an item you receive differs by style, colour or size to the one ordered.
Damaged – where an item you receive is in an unsatisfactory condition or faulty. Photographic evidence may be required.
No Show – where an order never arrives at your registered address.
HIGH VALUE RETURNS
If an item requiring return has a value over £250, Edgar Brother’s Online will arrange a collection to be made in order to guarantee adequate insurance. Depending on the reason for return (as above) either Edgar Brothers Online or the customer will be required to cover the £8 collection fee.
