The item I want to order is currently a backorder, what does this mean?

The way our backorder facility works, is if we don’t have the item currently in stock, once you have placed a backorder, we will then order it directly from the manufacturer. Once the item has arrived at our warehouse, we can get it shipped out to you next day delivery. This process normally takes 2-4 weeks, however some more exclusive lines it can take a little longer.

Can I have my item any quicker than the 2-4 weeks advertised on backorder?

Unfortunately, there is no way we can get the items in any quicker than advertised, as our time frame is based on the time it takes the manufacturers to process and dispatch the item to us.

What postage method is used to ship my order; can I have a tracking number?

All UK orders are shipped using DPD next day delivery service. If you contact us on talk@vypind.co.uk we will be able to provide you with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

Can you ship to outside the UK?

Unfortunately, we currently only ship to the UK and Ireland and we are not able to ship to anywhere else, sorry!

My order hasn’t shipped – can I change it?

If you order has not been shipped, you can change the size/colour of what is on the order. Please note if the item you would like to change to is more expensive, you will be required to pay the difference.

Do you have any physical stores that I can purchase items from?

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a physical store, and we are only currently selling online.

Do you offer a military discount?

Unfortunately, at this time we not offer any sort of military discount.

Do you ship to BFPO?

Yes, we are able to deliver to BFPO, however please be aware that in the past there has been some issues with these deliveries, and once the package has successfully arrived and been signed for, we are not responsible for its whereabouts. 

My item has been returned – where is my refund?

It normally takes a few days for a credit note to be generated once we have received your return, so please allow some time for your refund to get sent through to you once your item has been delivered back to us. 

 

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately due to our insurance cover we cannot offer collections from our warehouse.
